1. Do I need to book a delivery?
Yes, we are very popular so early booking is essential. Use the delivery booking button on this website to
enquire or send us an email
2. Do you cater for special diets?
We cater for vegetarian diets and gluten free, at the moment. Our afternoon tea is not suitable for dairy free or vegan diets. This could change in the future but this is early days for this new 'us'
3. How far do you deliver?
At the moment we deliver within a 10 mile radius of Cardiff for free...anything beyond that will incur a delivery fee
4.How many portions are in a standard afternoon tea box?
Our initial standard boxes contain two portions so will feed two people! (depending how hungry you are!) So if you need to feed four people then order two boxes and so on
5.Are you going to be delivering other things?
We will develop the range of delivery boxes. We hope to be able to deliver lots of fabulous treats to your door!
6. Why aren't you doing Click and Collect?
We are working alongside our pals over at The Artisarnie Clwb, to produce and deliver the boxes, the original vintage tearoom base in Harrowby Street wont be open.
7. Can I use my vouchers?
We are very aware that lots of you are worried about vouchers. If you hold a voucher for use in 2020 we are extending those to use in 2021. You will need to let us know you are using vouchers when you book a deliver
